When do you dispatch orders?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, Please note orders maybe delayed during public holidays
Do I need to place my order before 12pm for next day?
Yes! To get next day delivery, I need to place my order before 12pm. We aim to dispatch on time, but once the courier has it, delivery is out of our control. Delays may happen due to the delivery service used, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly and keep you updated.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes. In the event that a PO Box address is used when making an order, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
How do I track my order?
As all orders are sent via a tracked method, once your order is shipped tracking information will be sent. Please keep a look out for your tracking details and any updates as we see the same tracking updates as you.
My parcel has been returned to the sender, what happens next?
If an order is undelivered and is returned to us, a refund will be given, however, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
My parcel has been returned undelivered
The courier will attempt to make the delivery three times before returning your order back to us as undelivered. In the event of your order being returned to us, you will need to contact us at info@kandysclothes.com.
I placed an order on Saturday for next-day delivery, when will my order be delivered?
Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm up until Sunday will be despatched on the following business day which is the Monday, arriving for? Tuesday
I have tracked my order which is showing as delivered however I have not received my parcel
If the tracking is showing as delivered and you have not received your parcel, please check with your neighbours in case it has been delivered to them. If you still still have not received your order we will need to contact the courier on your behalf to check on what has happened. Please email us with your order number, name and address to enable us to look into the issue.
Am I able to cancel or amend my order?
Due to how our ordering and payment system works, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept the following payments: MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Discover, Maestro, AMEX, Dinners Club, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Bancourt, iDEAL PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay
Where can I find your shipping info?
All shipping details can be found on our Shipping Information page. This includes delivery times, services used, and international delivery info.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Choosing the right outfit is HARD! That’s why you can update your bag as many times as you like before clicking ‘Place Your Order’. Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes, as we process everything super-fast to get it sent out ASAP
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking info once your order has been sent. If you need help tracking it, email us at info@kandysclothes.com and we’ll be happy to help.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions from the courier or Royal Mail to re-arrange delivery. If the parcel wasn’t left in a safe place, they’ll let you know your options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many international countries and regions. A full list is available on our Shipping page, including Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, the Americas, and more.
Are there any postcode exclusions for Next Day Delivery?
es. Some postcodes are excluded from DPD Next Day/Saturday delivery (e.g., BT, PA, PH, AB, IM, IV, KW, HS). In these cases, we’ll use Royal Mail’s Next Day service instead.
*Please allow up to 14 days from the return of the order for a refund to be issued.
Please note: we endeavour for your international orders to get to you in the shipping times listed, however, if there is a situation that occurs whilst your order is in transit which is out of our control it may take longer for your order to get to you and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
