When do you dispatch your parcels?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, we are closed over the weekend, and public holidays

Do you ship to PO Boxes? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes. In the event that a PO Box address is used when making an order, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

How do I track my order?

As all orders are sent via a tracked method, once your order is shipped tracking information will be sent. Please keep a look out for your tracking details and any updates as we see the same tracking updates as you.

My parcel has been returned to the sender, what happens next?

If an order is undelivered and is returned to us, a refund for the value of the items will be given, however, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

My parcel has been returned undelivered

The courier will attempt to make the delivery three times before returning your order back to us as undelivered. In the event of your order being returned to us, you will need to contact us at tania.z@kandysclothes.com.

I placed an order on Saturday for next-day delivery, when will my order be delivered? 

Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm up until Sunday will be despatched on the following business day which is the Monday, arriving for? Tuesday

 I have tracked my order which is showing as delivered however I have not received my parcel

If the tracking is showing as delivered and you have not received your parcel, please check with your neighbours in case it has been delivered to them. If you still still have not received your order we will need to contact the courier on your behalf to check on what has happened. Please email us with your order number, name and address to enable us to look into the issue.

Am I able to cancel or amend my order?

Due to how our ordering and payment system works, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept the following payments: MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Discover, Maestro, AMEX, Dinners Club, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Bancourt, iDEAL PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay

 

*Please allow up to 14 days from the return of the order for a refund to be issued.

Please note: we endeavour for your international orders to get to you in the shipping times listed, however, if there is a situation that occurs whilst your order is in transit which is out of our control it may take longer for your order to get to you and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
